Welcome aboard. The first week isn’t about being perfect — it’s about proving to yourself that a habit can be small, pleasant, and genuinely doable. Here’s how we’d spend it.

The week, day by day

1

Days 1–2 · Make it laughably small

Shrink your habit to something you can’t fail. One page, one push-up, one glass of water. Check it off and let yourself feel the win.

2

Days 3–4 · Anchor it

Attach your habit to something you already do. Let Pip set the nudge for right after your existing routine — coffee, teeth, laptop-close.

3

Days 5–7 · Protect the streak, gently

Busy day? Use a grace token, not guilt. The goal this week is showing up — quality and quantity can grow later.

What “good” looks like

You do not need a perfect seven-for-seven week. If you checked in most days and enjoyed it, you’ve already succeeded. Here’s the honest bar:

You kept the habit tiny enough to do on a bad day
You checked in at least four of the seven days
You used a grace token instead of quitting after a miss

Week one isn’t about results. It’s about becoming someone who shows up.

That’s it. Do this for seven days and you’ll have something most people never get: proof that change can be gentle. Next week, you get to add habit number two — but that’s a story for another guide.
